It's the item on display in the Head Shop next to the red dragon mask and the candy cane, anyone know the name of it?

The dragon mask is Myz's face and the Candy cane is just Candy Cane ^^

I believe if you go to Waterfall Cave you can kill some of the Meme faces in there for one. It must not be in shops.
