You need to upload your photo to an image sharing site. I recommend Imgur (http://imgur.com/), because it's my personal favorite. Then, after it's uploaded, you have to copy the direct link to the photo. Paste the link into the box where it says to upload your url, and then youre done!

Right click > Copy Image URL Paste it in the url box for your profile picture
