Mine would be shapeshifting. Any form, any animal, any time. Lots of people say they would want to fly. Guess what? BAM shapeshift into any bird and you got your flying. I also hear lots of people who want to breath underwater. Hah, shift into a fish and you got that covered. Run fast? Cheetah. See what I'm getting at?

Night vision... Just generally better vision.
I /hate/ when I'm looking for something but can't find it because it's too dark or too far away.

mine would so be having something like delsin rowe's from infamous: second son or fetch walker's neon. being able to use fire and turn into smoke so i can go through things would be so awesome yess

Probably shapeshifter. It'd be hella rad to form into a man-eating lion during class and just, eat up the homework my teacher would give us. Then we wouldn't have to do any. eue

Aw, tartar sauce. Everybody's choosing shapeshifting as their favorite superpower. Oh well.
Being a werebeast would be pretty cool, as long as I was able to keep at least my memories in that state, if not most of my human mental faculties. I wouldn't want to be one of those werebeasts that forgets who their family is and just kills everything in sight.
Being psychic/having telekinesis would be my second choice.
If I was going to be a werebeast, I'd want to look like either this:

I actually wouldn't mind if my superpower mutation came with being permanently stuck in either of those forms, as long as my family knew who I was, my human mental faculties were intact, and I had clothes that fit me.
