I've killed afew animals and I don't get any gold, silver ect. Can you help me?

You can get golds, silvers and bronzes by doing quests in Missionpoint. Prey drop broken medals (2 broken medals = bronze medal).

Missionpoint is the map in which all of the quest-giving NPC's sit. You can find Missionpoint as the purple portal next to the cart in the middle of Portal Island, right behind you when you first enter the map.

Thanks FaintSilhouette! Now i've got the quest 'Crazy Cows'. Where do you find cows? (Sorry for all these questions. :( I'm new to LM)

Try looking on the Game Wiki. That has all the information you'll need as to where prey is/ what items drop from what prey. The Game Wiki can be found under the Home tab when you mouse over it.

They're in Hidden Valley, but yes, as Dutchval said, you can usually use the website wiki to help you locate where everything is ^_^ [at least in terms of prey/items]
