Missing Slenderwolf Quest

I was working on the LM fandom wiki when I came across the notice of the missing slender-wolf quest? it has disappeared off the quest list. (From what I remember, I think it originally came from Slayer) and the quest was asking for us to defeat slender wolf at least once and collect his tie to get one diamond medal in return. My friend and I had checked the slayer and the quest is missing for both of us.

What happened? I haven't heard anything about the removal of the quest?

It usually removes when you've completed the quest, it's a one time completion reward. However it's possible it could of been removed for maintenance, but I haven't heard anything from our team.
