Title: not downloading properly?

So i have been trying to get this game to download for a while now on my toshiba. i downloaded both of the default packs on the bottom of the post regarding downloading. when i try and run Last Moon It says:
 Game.exe- system error, the program cant start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program.   
And i have tried reinstalling and it wont  work! It also says:
OGRE EXCEPTION(7:internalerrorexception): could not load library. \RenderSystem_direct3D9/ System Error: the specified module could not be found  in DynLib::load at c:\kito\git\sources\dependencies\ogre_src_v1-7-4\OgreMain\src\OgreDynLib.cpp (line 91)

How many times have you downloaded Last Moon? Did you delete the ones you had downloaded previously?

Yeah i have, i have tried at least three times.

This here says you're missing the DirectX files needed to play the game. Do you have the latest version of Direct3D installed?
