Title: Trying too get a Profile Picture

Hello

I have been trying too change my Profile Pic on the forums but it does
not seem too be working.
When i go to the Profile option and choose Forum Profile it Gives me 3 options Actor/Actress And other...
Well i just don't seem too understand

Modify profile > Forum profile > Specify avatar by url (upload your image to an image sharing site (like tinypic for example, fetch it's url and put it there.) then hit the save changes button!
