Title: weird loading error, can someone help me figure this out

ok the error says: the program can not start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem..... any ideas? ???

I had the same problem before, install the latest directX that fixed the issue for me. Let us know if that fixes it :3.

Yep, as FerretFoo said, that happens when you don't read the full download page, which contains what to do if this kind of thing happens. :) You can find the links at the bottom at the download page.
