Game Help / cant see anyone + cant use old acc

howdy
so ive just gotten last moon after like a year, but couldn't log into my old account without it freezing the game (Uomi)
I just ignored that and made another one
but
I cant see anyone playing???
ive downloaded the game at least 8 times but its still the same
I know someones said to wait a few minutes if it says an account was banned for no reason, but ive downloaded the game multiple times and waited a very long time but its still saying ive been banned
but It also lets me log in but it just does the same thing everytime
so uh
I need some help please lmao
