you need to download directX

Errors about DirectX, Direct3D and so on:
Download DirectX
Run and extract the files
Then go to the folder you extracted it to and run DXSETUP

and if your missing the file    MSVCR100.dll

I would love to get one made, here is my reference of the character I would like made into pixel art. I do not wish to have any animations along with it. Is it possible to include the scarf and shades as well?
