Discord causes terrible in game lag

Hey all, ive been a frequent user of discord for some time and have never had an issue. Somewhere in the past few updates it has started to make my games lag in game. I have tested it with other software Skype, steam chat etc no lag.

I have reinstalled discord app, i try and use the online version. No luck either. Also as soon as i close discord while in game its fine, so i know its definitely the problem.

Quality of service as been disabled.

Still lags i don't know why!?

Any ideas would be much appreciated
