Hi Sera and welcome to Last Moon!
So in order for us to see your image, you have to upload it somewhere. I'd suggest tinypic.com
then you just right click on the uploaded image, click 'copy image URL,' then paste it in your post.

I used Pixlr.com, its online and free but they don't give you many tools so its kinda hard to make art. ;-; And ty :3

I did check it, also, has almost all tools Gimp's giving me. Try to practice, I can see that  Pixlr isn't a total madness. Maybe I can try to use it to do my 'art' .

I personally find paint tool sai the easiest to work with, but you have to pay for it unless you get a cracked version.

Gimp is totally free and it works awesome for me.
