I've tried both of those methods and they haven't worked 
I've even loaded multiple chars in there and they all get stuck

Hello! I'm quite new here, and I am trying to do the mission "Plauge of the land" and every time i go into the sub map in Cave of Sacrifice called Cave Maze, and everytime I go into it upon spawning my character is either above or below the map and wont move. Is there anything to fix that?
