How long does it take before it takes effect?
Donations are handled manually so it will take anywhere between 1-24 hours.
It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received my reward. What do I do?

Can I get a refund?
No, we can not offer any refunds. If you reverse the transaction on PayPal your reward will be removed and in some cases we might delete the entire account that had the reward added to it.
I have accidentally removed my custom size when I edited my character. What do I do?
