I tried to open lastmoon and play on line but won't open what do I do?

Is this problem solved or do u still need help?
Because of the forum chat it seems that u can go online again o;

If its solved then u should maybe edit this so the staff will know

I think it's windows 10, my google chrome barely works and it has never done this before
