only has a black screen with words BOUT something whats going on?

during the set up of last moon, it just came up with a black screen randomly and it's been doing that for like 20 minutes is this normal???

That would be the auto updater, although it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to start updating the game. Maybe you could try checking if your firewall or anti virus is blocking it?

but thats the thing its not blocking it
i have no idea whats going on with it

Try checking your update.log and copy/pasting the contents here.

Oh its working now! but now when i try to log in it says "Connecton failed :C" or something like that but my connection is perfect.

Oh, that may be your internet, firewall, or the server's not doin' too hot and needs a reboot.
