Mr.Freeman and Jackwhist using glitches

Hi.
I was in DD, WS, and LM today, and everytime, the same two people have huge characters in Default. These are "Mr.Freeman" and "Jackwhist"
By huge, I don't mean the donation limit size 3, I mean MASSIVE.
They went from WS, WS went down, then DD, noone was online, and then went here for 10 minutes and disconnected.
Please do something about this.
