Game keeps crashing when I start playing. :'<

I'm new to this game and everytime I start playing it closes the game and says I need to send an error report. And when I change my character it sometimes loses connection. Please help!

Everytime I start the game, this error report pops up and when I click send or don't send, it closes the game.

When you Start LM, You get the white box that you could choose "Direct3D" and something else

I'm using Direct3D but when I use the other one the mouse is a bit slow and laggy.

Uh I would try reinstalling
It sounds like there are some files missing from the game.
I'm not sure though, I haven't ever seen an error like this

I tried reinstalling and still having the same problem, sorry.
