Game won't set up after black box?

So every time I open LM on my desktop the black box appears and disappears quickly and this message pops up saying

LoadLibrary failed with error87: The parameter is incorrect.

Bare in mind that I have played this game before a while back and I re-installed it on the same computer and I have never had a problem in the past (Not that I can remember) Any help would be appreciated

Did you install all the required things from the download page?
