How to make a preset?

So, I've been wondering, how do you make a preset? I've been seeing Ven's one preset.. Maybe he has more? Idk, I'm not familiar with Ven. But I know Saii does have an "amount" of presets. Thus I notice how creative they can be, and how cool they can look. I really want to make one, someone please tell me how? If so, it'd help a lot.
