Aw, man, that's harsh. Data limits suck. :C
To answer your other question, lots of people make presets, but very, very few actually make it onto the server. It's always good to have in case the preset submission is opened.

This seems solved, so I'm gonna go ahead and lock it. PM me if you'd like it unlocked.
