Incredibly Slow Mouse Camera Controlls

I checked in the settings, turned the sensitivity waaaaaaaay up. But the camera is still completely un-usable with the mouse, I am having too use the Arrow keys at the moment, any help would be greatly appretiated.

Try pressing insert, that tablet mode might be turned on

yea it's either tablet mode or enable/disable windows cursor
