Not letting me get onto the game. Help please.

Okay, so I downloaded the game no problem and everything. But when I try to go in the game, it says that the specific module could not be found. I'm not much of a tech expert, and I have no clue what to do. Could someone help?

Did you make your ingame account? If you did not, the forum and game aren't connected. You would need to go to "New account" And put all the forum information there. Otherwise I don't know, if you could screenshot the error message I might be able to help you more. If you could give me that screenshot, I will sit on my butt for 2 hours typing up a help reply ^_^

Does it also write out a dll file in brackets after the error message? If that is the case, then you got missing files. Depending on which one, you can do two things:

1. You can redownload and reinstall the game.
2. Install the two additional files found in the Download page (DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++)

Also, make sure you delete your Version.txt file to let the game check for any additional downloads.

Hmm... posting a screenshot of the error would help us solve your problem.

Everything I was about to say is mentioned in all the other posts from this thread, but you can check other threads of the help section to see if you can find any solution to your issue, in case it was solved before.
