Did you try to reinstall the game? Could be a faulty or interrupted download.

Yes, I did. But every time I did that, the game just tells me the same things whenever I attempts to log in.

WINE (Wine Is Not an Emulator) is an application that can be used to run Windows applications on Macs. Perhaps using it may fix your problem (click here to download).
