Why i cant download the game?

I tried to download the game, I tried to click the DOWNLOAD button. either ALT DOWNLOAD button. It still not working. Not showing me anything. Can anyone know how to fix this?

I have this problem where I try to open LM but it comes up with:
The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I've already reinstalled it but same thing is happening.
What am I missing?!

@Rech: What browser are you using? It should open a separate tab.
@Mythical: Download the extra links provided on the download page (red text underneath the Download). Solved
