Random and Constant Connection Loss
« on: February 19, 2015, 10:30:03 PM »
Now, before you get the wrong idea, my internet connection is completely fine. It's only when I go on Last Moon that I lose connection for absolutely no apparent reason, and it's beginning to become a problem.
I think I may already know why it's doing this, but I honestly don't want to jump to my own conclusions here as I may not know what I'm talking about at all.

In some maps, I'm safe from this pesky connection loss, such as Paradise. When I leave these places, however, I am plagued with losing connection very frequently, and sometimes it's every few seconds that this happens. It doesn't boot me out to the main menu most of the time, and simply reconnects to the server after a few seconds. This wouldn't be a problem if I was playing on my own and didn't get booted out of a party chat as well, or when I make new characters I get booted out to the main menu.

I would really appreciate any help with this, as although I usually have much patience, mine is thinning with this constant issue. If you need more details about it, I can try to help with that, but I am not very good at explaining myself or the problem I face currently.

I'm guessing your connection is wireless?

I'd try using a cable or putting the computer closer to your access point and see if it changes
