Still won't load!

So, I posted a similar topic in February about how my game wouldn't even open, and I appreciate the help, but I think I worded my problem wrong, so please don't mark this as spam, because I've been wanting to play since valentines day, and still haven't even got the ability to open the game.

My game doesn't open. It downloads properly, the icon shows up, all seems well in good. But when I double click these errors show up:

Could not load dynamic library

And then Runtime error! This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusual way. please contact -something something-

and this application has failed because -something something-
Re-installing this application may fix this

This happens to me even after re-installing it time after time

IS THERE ANY WAY TO MAKE THIS WORK WITHOUT INSTALLING NEW SOFTWARE?

I'm EXTREMELY desperate. I want to play the game so badly, I signed up in February, and STILL haven't got past those errors!
