Login trouble

Okay, so, when I login to Lastmoon(Ik the website and game are different logins) It gives me an error...

                An exception has occured!
                OGRE EXCEPTION(5:): Configuration key: 37/1 not found in Quest.dat in
                Config:::getValue
       
 I've tried updating it, and I've tried reinstalling it....someone help? :(

Your Quest.dat is missing. Try updating a couple of times again, if not I'll help you further over PM

The game keeps crashing on my computer , so im gonna redownload it.
