Won't load correctly.

I have an internet signal, everything is working fine yet when I click on it. It just loadsthe black screen.*STARTING UPDATE* Then some words and things appear and the black screen disappears. The one pop up won't show up.

Try to scan for viruses because not only the game will get messed up but ur CP too. (Computer)

This is happening to me too, Ive tried to Run as Administrator, Delete Version.txt, Scan it and do all in one go (Scan: No threat found)
Extra info: Ive installed all the files aswell and im using Windows 7
