Game crashing on tutorial!

I'm very new to this site and I'm having issues. I downloaded the game and everything ran okay up to creating my character (I didn't go farther, so I can't tell you if that bit works), but when I enter the tutorial I'm on it for five seconds, then the game completely crashes and it says "game.exe has stopped working".
Now, I know it has to be Last Moon.exe, and that's what pops up when I search it on my computer. I'm just very confused! I sat here for an hour waiting for this download and it would be a real shame if I can't play!

I think the tutorial is perhaps broken or something like this, but u can still play the game so don't worry <:
Just click on multiplayer and creat a new account there, because the forum and in-game account are not conntected.

They should rather not create another ingame account.

As far as I can see, they were creating a character, so they have one already. We are only allowed one account per person.

As for the tutorial, Cookee is right. It is broken.

Tutorial is broken. Unknown reasons, but it can be fixed. It's nothing wrong with your computer, the game crashes because of some kind of bug. It happens for everyone.

Just use the Multiplayer feature, and create an account if you haven't already. I'm assuming you haven't but make sure to make one (ingame and forum accounts are not connected) if you didn't already.

That happens to me to, so I asked a lot of players in-game what to do. Try asking other players

It is broken. Never fixed. Really I don't know, still just don't try it it is not supposed to work.
