Error message?

And only use Multiplayer in the menu

No error message just a message appearing saying "Game.exe has stopped working"

and one question do i have to make a sepreate account for fourms and the actual game?

i'm new to this game and it appears when i get in the game it crashes instently or i get into the game and go to the tut and it crashes apon using any controls
i have a Windows 7 32-bit computer Help would be Majorly appreceated
