Problem solved.
F-Secure thought that the site where you download includes viruses, hence blocking it from use, giving us the HTTP 403 Error.

EDIT: Specifying a little for those who have the problem; You have to open the site and allow it to be opened, then go to your Last Moon folder, run the .exe and it starts loading (at least for me).

I admit, have the same problem, Last Moon and update.exe are allowed, using F-Secure, am from the same country, can't fix it. Whether it was with or without firewall and anti-virus, still giving the same thing. Is there like a port on the downloadable site which should be forwarded on the router?

then disable f-secure and see what that does

Disabled F-Secure to try update.exe or Last Moon.exe, no difference, still the same message.

Firewall or anti-virus is blocking it, can't say more than that since we don't know what software you have installed

I got LM from here (obviously) using the main link, and am using F-Secure anti-virus.

So I heard about this game, registered, downloaded, and started to install. After installation, I tried to run LM and the update.exe, it won't let me get in the game. I had checked firewall and anti-virus, everything was fine. I have tried running as administrator, no help.

All this game gives me, is the following (taken from the update.txt file):
