My connection is fine,and the game runs but doesn't let me log in or play. Or even create a new account. I have Windows 10 and my WiFi connection says excellent. I'm pretty sure it isn't my computer thats the actual problem. Maybe there is a setting that is preventing it to connect to the game server? Firewall or something or maybe is it just the game itself. I've never had this problem on windows 8. If you could give me anymore advice or help I'd extremely appreciate it!

Everytime I try logging into Last moon it says "Our connection request has failed "
How do I fix it?
