Game Help / Campaign Keeps Crashing

Hi! I'm having some issues with the game, it's happening constantly, and I don't know how to fix it!
So I try to play campaign, and I hit tutorial, or any of the other choices. At first, it works fine, but after one second, I crash! Multiplayer seems to be OK, but I'm stuck in a world there, that has My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic characters. And, there is no portal... back to the topic.
I'm a total noob with files, and when I try to add missing files it just kills my game. I downloaded the two downloads so the files will be there, but that doesn't seem to work. I redownloaded the game several times, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas why?
I'll try to post a screenshot, but I've forgotten how.
