Game Help / Files missing.

Hi, I love playing Last Moon and started some months ago, but when I installed it, it took a whole day for it to work, I had to restall several times, and now when I finally have it, I cant go to all the places, or in all portals, because I get an error saying it's missing Should I reinstall the game again? or is there another way?
