Game Help / Login Issue

Hello, first and foremost I am new here at LM. I've been playing FeralHeart (previously Impressive Title) for a while now and was just lurking around at some other games similar to it. LM sparked my attention and here I am!
Anyways, it's a little embarrassing that I've encountered an issue already, but I'm not sure what to do. On the game launcher when I am asked to log in it tells me that I've entered an invalid username/password. Though, I've made sure that they are BOTH correct. I even followed the reset password link in the e-mail that is sent out, reset my password, wrote it down and am still not able to log in. What could it be? Can we not have numbers in our passwords? Because I used numbers in mine. No capital letters though. And yes, I checked to make sure capslock wasn't on. Even tried capital and lowercase first letter in my username. Guess I'll try entering my email as my username. If that doesn't work, then I'm going to go to my sad corner and pout. =m=

So, E-mail didn't work, the area for the username isn't long enough for my e-mail. -weeps a little-
