Game Help / Moving to new account!

Decided it was time to toss out the account iv owned for several years and replace it with a new one. It might take a while to move my items onto the new one though since I have to wait for a friend to get online and for some reason the game wont let me log into multiplayer right now, the connecting screen just goes on forever. Hopefully you can give me the weekend to get it sorted, wouldn't want to be banned and lose all my items ^^;

Anyway my old account was Ravenquill, my new one is PlagueMercenary, my full username PlaguedMercenary being annoying too long to use :I

Game Help / Unable to enter some maps? Please help!

So iv recently re-downloaded the game after being inactive for a year or two and switching computers. My new computer runs on windows 10 so that might have something to do with my problem as I cannot download the links for missing files because they're too outdated.

Anyway for some reason I cannot enter maps such as waterfall and reallybig, among others and it shuts down by game every time I attempt it, this message pops up when it happens. http://imgur.com/VxpRt2d

Please help, its extremely inconvenient since I'm unable to complete quests or roleplay there because of this.
