Game Help / Re: Character had overwritten another?

Update:
I decided to re-create the character, but I'm still missing a bunch that I had. I do have screenshots of my items but the pictures are old. I did take a picture of the Blue Dragon I had as a pet but it's gone. I don't mind having to buy that back though.
Also, in the character select screen, there is an empty slot that does not have "New" or a "Edit" button.

Sometime after I had edited my one main chara, I had created another.
After spending some time to gain items for the new one, I restarted the game to find out the new chara had replaced my old one!
I tried deleting the newer one to see if the overwritten chara would come back but deleting one had deleted both.

I currently have one screenshot of the old chara and possible screenshots others of various items i had lost if I could get help getting them back.
