It says "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." But i've donwloaded this dx thing 3 times already.

I've downloaded both things for it but it still says"The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the progam to fix this problem." But I have downloaded this game three times already.
