« on: August 30, 2024, 09:01:41 AM »Hello. You may know me, or you may not. I have been a player of LM for years, and I come here with a proposal for the future of the game.
We love LM. We do. "We" includes me. But unfortunately, over the past few years LM has become a wasteland. No updates, no activity, a forum overrun with bots. And this post may get lost in all the bot posts, but it's worth a shot. Most would see a lost cause, a suffering creature for whom the kindest thing you could do would be to have it euthanized. But I see an opportunity for a new era. And just the idea to bring it to fruition...
I will take the game.
That's right. I'll take the server off your hands. I'll make replacements for all the copyrighted assets, fix Underwater World, and repair all else that needs it with my own two hands. If you're no longer willing to maintain one of my favorite servers, then I can. And if you're willing to let me, then I will.I hope you will consider this proposal open-mindedly, even if your answer ends out being no.
