How do you heal? it wont let me attack because im wounded, so I need to know how to heal.

Whenever I try to enter a portal it says im missing a file, such as "waterfallterrain". does anyone know why this is happening? I need solutions

How do you attack on the game? im doing a quest with peacocks and I need to kill them, but I don't know how. same thing  with the slender wolf.
