I allowed it through my Firewall, and it's still saying the same thing when I run the app. Maybe I should restart my computer?

^ Yeah, that's a firewall error. The game isn't able to connect in order to download necessary files and such.

Like Jen said, just add an exception for it and I believe that should do the trick.

Okay, I've tried this:
I allowed it as an exception through my firewall- Didn't work
So then I restarted- Didn't work
Tried to run it as administrator- didn't work
Deleted the update and version txts- Didn't work
Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it- Didn't work
And I'm still getting the same exact thing in the update

Every time I open the game, it shows the black box for a second and then closes, and nothing happens. I looked around, and noticed that the update.txt file said this:
