Game Help / OGRE EXCEPTION

I attempted to download last moon, and went through the setup wizard and everything. I got as far as the black screen, when a small white box popped up. This is what it said:
OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException): Could not load dynamic library.\RenderSystem_Direct3D9. System Error: The specific module could not be found.
in DynLib::load at
C:\kito\git\sources\dependencies\ogre_src_v1-7-4\OgreMain\src\OgreDynLib.ccp (line 91)
I have downloaded this program before and this didn't happen. please help.
