Finally fixed!

It turns out that all I needed to do was re-download,
which I had trouble doing due to my own poor internet connection.
It's all fixed now, so thanks to everyone who helped out during this!

Ok...
Oh, btw, Sometimes people appear. I managed to whisper one of them, but when they replied my game crashed.
I'm starting to think maybe this place is default but maybe the ground and the portals won't load?
I dunno... I will try to contact a Staff person next. Thanks for all the help!

Ok, I also tried deleting the save thing and that didn't work either. Any other ideas?

Hi!
So, I just finished the download a while ago.
I logged in, made a character blah blah
But when I went to start playing, I was sent to an endless sky, where the sky is glitching like crazy and I can't get out.
Is there any way for me to leave? Plz help! D:
