Game Help / Game crashes when I play it

I can get the game to run on the menu just fine. As soon as I get into actually playing as a character on a map, it crashes within 10 seconds. I downloaded both DirectX and the other thing the download page said I should. I tried
lowering the graphics settings, but it still crashes afterwards. Here's my specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G1840 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System
I use windows 7.
I had this same problem on my old computer, as well as my mother's laptop, though they had lower specs.
(Sorry for the double post, I thought it didn't go through the first time and I don't know how to delete it)
