Game Help / Portals lag ?

Hello!
I'm new to Last Moon~
Anyways I have a problem in the game :c
I can't go inside some portals.
They lag and the game closes down when pressing the space bar !
I can't complete some quests because of this and i'd appreciate any kind of help c:
