Seems like you're missing some files.
Go into your game files and delete version.txt, this will force your game to update.

Hey this is great and all but please only use one thread to post your art, there is no need to create a whole new one everytime you wanna post a drawing. Making a new art thread when a current one is very old and outdated is okay but you have created 4 art threads in only 2 weeks and it's unecessary.

Well the error says you're missing DirectX tho and you stated LM isn't the only server you're getting this error on so I'm pretty sure it's that.
Are you sure DirectX was installed properly?
