Is the preset showing up as black/yellow or white? Not sure what you mean by "Not working" because that can mean a lot of things.

Showing pictures or the coding itself would be helpful

Hrm, I finished a preset recently, and I was trying to get it to work, but I couldn't. And then I had some help from someone and he got it to work, but then when he gave me the files he had, it didn't work for me. Also, this has happened before with my most recent presets, too. I try to get them to work, but they don't. I have all the files I need and I have the coding right ( as they work for him ) but I don't know if there's a glitch with my game where it won't let me use presets or what. ; w ; If someone could help, that'd be great!

You can look in your game folders for the textures. Right click your game icon and click 'open file location' and then go to game>media>materials>textures and it is in there.~
