They're not out yet. However, I read in the thread Husky posted that there will be.
Also, don't worry about "Being Picked." All you have to do is (When they're open) put all the files (Textures and Material File) in a zip file and upload it to mediafire and then post a reply in the thread with your username, the character name the preset goes on, and the download link (They're put in-game manually by admins) Everyone who submits they're preset get's it in-game. Unless you have a coding error, but since it was tested perfectly fine, i'm sure you don't. However, if you do, the staff are nice enough to let you fix it (Some fix it for you.) But in the end, they all get accepted. And yes, Rainbows for the win!
