An exception has occured

 Every time i try to go to town this note pops up and says an exception has occurred. I would like to know how to fix this so i can go without any trouble.

hi souleater2356 are you able to take a screenshot of the pop up or write exactly what it says?
Town is a very laggy map for some people as it's full of objects, it's just impossible for some people to get to if your computer is old or slow.

i just took a screenshot of it but i'm don't know how to upload it. i just got this computer a few months ago and i'm still learning things about it.

it says, OGRE EXCEPTION(3:RenderingAPIException): Zero sized texture surface on texture itemtexture2.jpg face 0 mipmap 0. Probably, the GL driver refused to create to texture. in GL Texture::_createSurfacelist at C:/kito/git/sources/dependance/ogre_scr_v1-7-4/RenderSystems/GL/scr/OgreGLTexture.cpp(line 406)

Have you tried changing rendering system

i don't know how to do that.

You do it in the launcher that comes up before the game starts

ok i have tried doing that and i have been able to go to town but after a few seconds of being in it my game crashes.

I guess just avoid Town then
